We accept paypal and major credit cards.


Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received via USPS. You will be provided with a tracking number when your item has shipped. Your order will be shipped to the address that you provide through our website - please double check your shipping address. If you notice an error after you place your order please let us know ASAP.

Shipping overages of $2 or more will be refunded to the buyer. These happen because shipping is calculated automatically by shopify based on weight and doesn't take into consideration item shape and multiple items. 

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receipt. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you will be responsible for the extra shipping. We address any issues on a case by case basis.

Wholesale availability

Yes! We are currently accepting new wholesale accounts. Visit the wholesale section of the website or email for catalog and line sheet info.

Do you take custom orders?

We do offer custom illustration, branding, and printing services. Pricing and availability depends on the project. Custom jobs may be subject to minimums depending on the project. Please contact us for more info.

Can I get this in a different color/design/etc?

Maybe, but probably not. Screen printing is a method that is all about creating multiples. The prep and setup often take longer than the actual printing time, so we cannot print just one or two things without having to sell them for much much more. You probably don't want a $35+ koozie. If you have a larger project in mind, we'd love to chat!
